The entrance to Fort Lytton National Park is located at the corner of Lytton Road and South Street, Lytton
( QLD UBD Map 142, Q9).
The fort itself borders onto the Brisbane River on the opposite bank to Brisbane International Airport. It lies between the River and Wynnum and is situated next to the Caltex Oil Refinery.
The nearest train station to the Fort is Hemmant Station.
NOTE: There is no public transport between the station and the fort (except by taxi).
